We were scheduled to produce red ginseng slices
and red ginseng tea yesterday,
but I could not see the process of manufacturing the slices.
Instead, I will guide you to the manufacturing process of red ginseng tea.
Before starting a tour,
every visitor is required to wear disinfected overgarment,
because we are GMP-certified health functional food manufacturer.
Shooting equipment also has to go through the disinfection process.
Don’t you worry about them.
This is after wearing disinfected overgarment.
As soon as I entered, red ginseng tea ingredients
were under mixing process through the mixer.
Red ginseng extract is mixed with other ingredients at this point.
I was able to see the mixed ingredients going through the granulator to form a shape of red ginseng tea.
It’s a pity that the picture does not tell precisely.
The rotator that looks like fan wing located inside the machine pushes
the mixed ingredients to form the shape of red ginseng tea.

The granule-shaped red ginseng tea needs drying process.
The granules are spread over the stainless steel plate for drying,
as you can see from the picture.
Put the rack into the dryer for drying.
Up to 3 racks can go into the dryer.
Granules of ginseng tea are inside the dryer.
They look pretty, aren’t they?
Leave it in the dryer for about 2 hours.
Yet, we need a few more processes to complete the red ginseng tea.
It’s so sad!
But this is as far as I was able to see yesterday.
